general public. Non-criminals. Lets be honest folks when I grew up I was
told the police man is my friend. The police man was their to help you and
protect you from the criminals thus the term protect and serve. Well, I grew
up and I know that's pretty simplistic,
but a police man, police woman's, employing police
department is judged by the public as only as good as the lowest common
denominator (police officer) which is the worst police man , police woman,
police officer.
I've Been talking to Much religion lately on this site so here's a couple of Video's most Cop's and Men can relate too. Merry XXX-Mass! I believe that line in the Lynard Skynard song: You can't always trust your girl friend. You can't always trust your best friend, beware of the ones you believe in. They might be the ones to do you in.

When you have money apartments don't tell you you cant have a Dog they just tell you how much the pet security fee is more. If your dog gets sick you can pay the vet( did you ever notice a $60 spade or neuter cost 2 grand if its an emergency) and the dog doesn't have to be put down.
My Father use to tell me His Father would always say"
any person that holds a grudge more that 3 days is no good". That might be a
little simplistic but I always try to let go of the anger, ill feelings what
not and not dwell on them longer than the 3 days.
I have found though that it a pretty good guideline in
judging other men. I say men because woman can hold a grudge forever, thus
the old saying God have no furry as a woman scoured.
The only draw back to the 3 day rule is I will forget
about at least wanting retribution in the 3 days, but the scoured woman, and
even some men will be planning revenge for years or holding a grudge for
years against me and I won't even remember who they are.
But it would have been better if they would have
followed the 3 day rule themselves, because the second time or third time or
forth or fifth time (it depends) around I'll make them wish they had forgot,
because the pen is mightier than the sword.

I get free food and drinks everywhere, I'm judging beauty contest, etc , etc. Some people know how to show gratitude) and you don't tell anyone else anyone else's business, customers don't want someone who's going to spill your secrets to your competition, also because people sometimes go on with what they do, legal or illegal when you visit them, when they are comfortable with you and trust you, you become privy to things you don't want to necessary know. That freedom also gets a lot of sales people on a wrong track, running numbers or dealing drugs, and they tell you stories that you don't want to know too. After 30 yrs in sales your a walking encyclopedia of knowledge good and bad. The thing is I haven't been active in any business or sales activity since 1999 in NYS. It's 2007 there is nothing I can even be framed for that the statue of limitations hasn't run out on. So the cops can't force me to rat, and like a good American I reported all my terrorist concerns, before and after 9/11 happened, even though they went un-heeded. I want to say then there is the idiot that makes a million from the advertising your giving him for cost because his wife is employed by your company and she's a old friend of mine and he screws me out of $2k still he owes me, threatens my mother to boot and isn't declaring 90% of his profits to the IRS or state and cost me the hottest woman most men have ever seen because when he threatened my mother on the phone, I went ballistic and scared the heck out of this woman. She was madly in love with me before that phone call, as I was with her, but she wasn't after it. Yet, he's still walking the face of this earth as far as I know! Anybody ever say I'm not a nice guy, or doubt my religious beliefs Frankie B. is still walking the face of this earth unharmed by me. That's all the proof you will ever need. Also, if you think you can do anything to me that hasn't already been done or scare me or goat me, or intimidate me. No matter who you are get Sirius, because you will need something to listen to for the rest of your life while you waste your time trying! Hey all the cops and everyone else that read this site and wonder why I don't let what seems like nothing die ever, I'm stupid enough to take on cops and corruption. But really I'm not taking on all corruption, if I did the FBI would be arresting people up the waszzoo and the ranks of county, city and town, and village governments would be decimated and the reason is to many scared or well meaning stupid people would end up in jail that got sucked into the machine. The same reason cops don't arrest their wives for working for the..., (or her boss) even though she doesn't keep you in the dark or she does keep you in the dark. I'm just putting it out for review and cops should be held to a higher standard than the rest, even there wives and family and for those who wonder where there tax dollar goes and why WNY tax rate is highest in the nation, now they know. If you are corrupt my advise is: Stop what your doing find a new job out of the corruption, if you cant stop being draw into it. Then sweat it out until the statue of limitations has passed on what you have done, just remember any personal gains have to be reported to the IRS under misc, if you where not doing someone else's dirty work and you profited. That way the statue will run out on that too! If your a cop with family in it, tell your wife or other family members to do this too. Give them 6 months to a year if actively seeking new employment after that all bets are off for them and in a couple of years everyone's good! The same goes for corrupt cops, and government officials, stop the activity. Act with integrity from now on, wait out the statue of limitations and don't be corrupt anymore. You still have your Job, pension, family and everything, you even gain back your self respect and the respect of others and you can ask God for forgiveness and redemption if you want. Also, how would you like to go thru life wondering if instead of leaving a message on the FBI answering machine 3 times in 1999, you went down to the FBI made as much noise as I make now and they responded and stopped 9-11, and all those people didn't die. Just something to chew on if your a cop not doing your job to the best of your ability everyday with integrity and fairness. New studies have proven that post traumatic stress syndrome and traumatic events are remembered and not forgotten and relived in vivid detail because high doses of adrenalin that the body produces at time of event burns the event into the victims mind. Further studies now have show that taking drugs that block the effect of adrenaline while reliving the event by thinking of the event can actually diminish the memory, so by taking propranolol, such as metoprolol and Toprol Xl you can actually erase the events negative affects from your mind. Such as the Negative event in the below video I experienced about 20 years ago. I can remember this guy going on and on I have A's man , I have A's, I'm a 5 time loser. The stupid thing was all I could think is what you want me to do give you some B's or C's? I had no idea what he was saying. No clue because even though there where a lot of foreigners' and blacks in that area and I could understand almost any accent, most of the blacks I knew where more educated and didn't talk that way. I had no idea what the guy was saying. I just told the cops he kept saying he had A's and was a 5 time loser and waving the gun all agitated, and he put it to my head a bunch of times while I was trying to open the safe. It was my first week at that location, that Luskin's store, it took me almost ten times to open the safe with a gun to my head and the guy yelling at me and he cocked the pistol a couple of times, I could hear the click in my right ear. I kept thinking I should have took him the second I felt the gun in my back. I almost went for it and for the longest time it bugged me because I didn't try to take the guy.( The only reason I didn't was I had found out the last time I did that the guy had a hair trigger on the shot gun years after the incident and the guy who pointed the gun at me freaked because he thought it was going to go off and kill a bunch of us.( That's why you don't pull a gun if you don't plan on using it! You might kill some people.) If I had to do it again. I would have tried to subdue the guy. It's better than being a victim.
I will even attest to this being the case, since I have been taking the above meds for heart palpations (PVC's) and panic attacks my life is almost completely normal. I can now get mad , upset or go into situations that use to give me panic attacks or sky high blood pressure and not feel the previous ill effects of to much adrenaline and nothing or almost nothing happens to my body, and if it does I just take one low dose 25 MG Metoprolol and I recover fast instead of the hours it use to take. For years I have been telling my doctors I think I am allergic to or having panic attacks because of a sensitivity to my own adrenaline. I knew this because I would get the same way when the dentist would inject me with lidocaine which has epinephrine in to restrict blood vessels and prevent bleeding locally. I would get instantly sick. My blood pressure would go thru the roof and so on. Finally a doctor listened to me while being hospitalized and then another doctor listened and now I feel great. (The last 4 months have been great!) It only took 16yrs( frankly it had been a living hell because I refused to let the attacks stop me from doing things and I would end up having the attacks in Casinos, Malls , restaurants, Wal-Mart's, while sleeping, while driving, while watching TV at work, exercising, at hospitals, generally everywhere and would end up in the hospital at the drop of a hat, quite annoying to me that my body and brain kept betraying me and sending me to the emergency room to be poked and prodded and examined and told nothing is wrong with me besides panic disorder. Also annoying in the past before permanent disability became official where the millions in hospital bills and the bill collectors that would just aggravate the situation, thank god for bankruptcy in 2001 and then Medicaid and now Medicare), every other doctor said I couldn't be allergic to epinephrine or it would take high doses to effect me badly( I get what's called PVC's, post ventricular contractions), it turns out a couple of rats in a tub that couldn't remember where the platform to keep them from drowning was because they had taking an adrenalin blocker propranolol after they had been able to find it instantly 10 times before proved me right. I saw it on TV and it is know acknowledged and discussed and even serialized on the TV show Boston Legal one of my Favorite shows (Danny Crane!) James Spadder is great on that show along with the former captain Kirk William Shatner. It's the best show on TV!
me 12-2006 If I was still healthy, I might make a bad cop, I might get mad at people lying to me. I might not be able to put up with all the depravity. If someone hit me or fought arrest I might beat them down and might find it hard to stop. I would probably end up shooting someone for pulling a toy gun on me. If, I some how managed not to do these things, I might be stressed out and take it out on my loved ones or those around me. I might even dink to excess, I would definitely over exercise with weights and punching bag. I might also find it depressing dealing with scum all the time. That goes double for correction officers because your stuck right in it all the time. The only thing worst to me would be being in the medical field with people sick and dying all the time. I couldn't be a fireman either, running into a burning building goes against my instinct. This is why I am not a cop, a doctor or a prison guard, or a fireman. In fact the only reason I ever call the cops myself is if I have dealt with a matter more than once or twice and I had to take care of it again it might end badly for the other party and I may end up in jail myself if I didn't call the cops to take care of it. I have a long, long fuse, but when it goes off watch out. This is why I always think WWJD before I act. Also since I am in pain almost all of the time myself and at one time everyday I woke up I felt like I'd rather be dead than in pain. I can see where people get desperate and maybe addicted, you get depressed and if you don't get Prozac or lexapro or something and a doctor prescribes a pain killer that dulls the senses along with the depressed feeling some people might get hooked like Rush Limbal. Me myself after the first time I took a heavy hitter like that. I couldn't stand the feeling of dullness and being in a fog. It was like being a 14 yrs old kid stoned on pot. I wouldn't take the drug and asked my doctor for something that didn't make me feel stoned. It's a weaker drug Tramadol, but It doesn't dull the senses or make you feel stoned or impair your function, that with something for the depression caused by pain all the time and finally the propranolol to control the affects of the overproduction of adrenaline from the pain and panic attacks has on your heart, blood pressure and arthritis I feel almost normal. The main thing is I am not impaired or in a fog or hooked on a heavy drug. I hate that! I like to be in control of my faculties. I remember back even 25 yrs ago when I drank. I didn't drink to get a buzz. It was a stupid macho thing, like a drinking game, who ever drank the most that night and was the last to pass out won, it was a weekly contest between me and my buddies, I didn't even like to drink. I guess that's why studies have show there's no higher incidence of alcoholism associated with young adult collage age binge drinkers than people who didn't binge drink or drink at all at that age. So in all reality taking a tough stance on youth drinking not associated with driving, only serves to enrich the coffers of courts and alcohol treatment centers and serves to criminalize our youth, the criminal record will stay their long after your youthful fondness of binge drinking has passed. That said, you maybe a better man or woman than me if your a good cop, or in any of these fields, but staying employed as cop, if your a bad cop, your just bringing the good cops down. We all have all seen what happens when a group of men in uniforms cover for the bad in the group. Just look at the pedophile priest cover up in the catholic church and how unacceptable that was and is! Also Richard M. Nixon was the best president ever ( the salt agreements, opened relations with China and started withdrawing our troops from Viet Nam, but first he secretly bombed their neighboring supplying countries into submission) in my book, and it was the cover up that got him. The Good... If you want to make a Million Bucks like I did, go somewhere with a Big population take $300, go door to door hanging flyers on doors, keep reinvesting your money that you make from your service business, sink it into more and more Direct Mail Advertising and expanding your business and in 1 or 2 yrs you will have your Million or be worth a million, it's almost worth the 100 hrs a week of work. I will say this in says in the bible settle your matters with your neighbors and find a solution on your own, lest like a fool you be dragged up in front of the judge for all your business to be known in front of your neighbors and strangers , so my first instinct no matter how unjust the accusation or even if it a outright lie is to 99.9% go for the settlement, the plea, the deal. Christ said there is no greater love than a man have than to give his life for his brother. Most people interpret that to mean, die for your brother. I am more inclined to think he meant a life in service to others (Christians believe in eternal life) such as Police, Fireman, Solider, Nurse, Doctors, Clergy, teachers and out of those Firemen are more likely to Die for strangers, solders die for there fellow soldiers and country and lastly Police officers die for there mistakes trying to keep themselves alive while keeping the public safe but are taught and practice staying alive before saving the public. Not going to change my life because of terrorist, because of cops monitoring me, because of false accusations, I'll answer to god in the end, no one else. Am I being paranoid? If I am I am not letting it get the best of me, so I don't care if I am. When I first got the handicapped tag I wouldn't use it, if it was just me driving, I actually got it because when I would have to give my ma a lift to the airport or elsewhere she wanted to take her tag with her to use when she got off the plane so we couldn't use hers at this end and Cheektowaga will only give one tag per person and because, like any man I don't like to admit I have health issues. According to Christ and the Bible we should live from the grace of god, which is the new covenant Gospel for man as opposed to the letter of the law which is the old testament and the 10 commandments and Jewish law laws that where meant to protect people from washing in there own deifications and getting diseases from improperly processed meat and killing each other over jealousy. Those laws came from God or obviously a much more intelligent being than the people that where alive at that time and most people alive now. But punishing people by chopping off heads or limbs for minor crimes like the Islamic do is stupid, so lets not do it! One note: I don't believe in Racism, by that I mean the definition of hate. I personally believe that it's all about power. Them that have the power, and them that want the power, and keeping or losing power. Also protecting your life style and ancestral lines and customs. Yes, their might be a few that really hate a particular race but as a matter of being a persons core values with hate, rage and malice towards another race it doesn't really exist anymore, if it ever did, besides a in few lost angry souls. You know when I was 15,16, 17,18 and older I wouldn't even consider talking with a 13 or 14 yr old.( None of my buddies would either, the guys that would where black guys, they want to get the woman early while their still virgins. It's not once you go black you don't go back. It is if get the virgin they are hooked for life, which really gets a lot of over protective parents that get their girls to be good girls and stay virgins burnt. Because a black youth or Mexican or Arab youth comes along, same MO for all, take it from me I've had Mexican friends, black friends, and Arab friends they all want the young virgin and it's not gust the teens males, it's the older males too. They talk about it all the time (look at 9-11 they wanted virgins in heaven) and if they are from another country it's customary and normal in Mexico and Latin America( just like child kidnapping actually all ages happens all the time in Mexico and Latin America), Africa and Asia. (I have noting against Mexicans either, actually I think the Latino UFC® Octagon Girls™ Arianny Lopez is one of the hottest woman I've ever seen.) This guy takes your daughter's virginity and the girl thinks she's in love with black or Mexican, Arab so she's stuck supporting various guys the rest of her life if she doesn't come down with HIV first because her boy friends are in a high risk group. Hey if you want your kid to marry a certain race make sure she or he loses their virginity to that race.( Sounds racist, but I don't care who your daughter loses her virginity too, and I don't blame a teen for wanting some, but you probably do!) You want them to lose it early before the unexpected happens.( Again sounds wrong but if they bottle it all up to long their just going to fall for the first guy that takes their virginity and by the time they come to their senses they have 2 kids and are married to the guy). If they want to date black with the nappy hair you can't touch( hey to most men hair that you can run your fingers thru on a woman is a turn on, sorry black woman and wigs don't cut it, I'm just being honest in my opinion) or other draw backs after losing their virginity to another race, they might just love the person for who they are and not because their first sex was black. I mean their are people that say I cant be racist I'll date what ever race equal opportunity( I have done this) or I'll just date my race( I have done this). Then their are people that are stuck on one race no matter what happens( like the homos are stuck on the same sex, your not going to convert them straight by marring one or dating one, I have a cousin she married a closet Homo, while he was in the Navy serving on Nuclear powered submarines, he quit the navy, he ended up burning her house down to get the money for one of those Christian treatments( I have more respect for this guy for trying not to sin and trying to get help, even if he failed) and went to jail for that( I still think homos have a mental illness but those Christian group didn't believe in drugs or mental health or any thing and since the homos have convinced everyone their not mentally ill, he would never have got treatment from most shrinks either, so if you can 't live with your illness, I guess some will do illegal things or kill them selves sometimes or become catholic priest) and they are divorced now, her sister married black guy again and again and again, practically killed her father in my book, her father was a great guy, he was never the same after the first black guy took his daughters' virginity at 13, her father had a federal fires arm license and sold guns and I'm surprised he didn't make the guy eat the barrel, but turning all the rage inward ended up with him having his aorta burst and having to be replace with plastic and his heart value replaced also, he did live another 20 years with the plastic aorta in him,( the next guy to marry one of his daughters, a white guy that got one of his daughter pregnant didn't far as well though and took a beating, but he manned up, married his daughter and they have kids and are doing good for a long time now) also actually the guy the first ones married too the one stuck on blacks, she's married to now a huge fat black guy is a really good guy( son of a preacher man in buffalo), they all live in Syracuse now since their father and mother dies, another story, you don't want to waste any of your time on people stuck on other races, unless they are family then your stuck. If it is not your race they are stuck on, think ten foot pole and don't get duped into being friends with them or marring one, because they will just keep going back to the well, they can't help it, its a compulsion, it may not be judged as normal or it may be judged normal depending on the political environment or morals of the time you live in, but you can't change them, so don't break the ten foot pole rule ever. |

The Bad... Personally if I where calling the shots as president of the USA. I always assume then and now that all Arabs support terrorism against Israel and send money or help to the PLO, Hammaz or Hezbollah other groups, and to me America has always been a pipeline to terrorist groups starting with the IRA which was and Irish American creation that wanted to attack Canada when first formed in the USA to get back at England because Canada was a British common wealth before they started there campaign in Britain and in Ireland 100’s of years ago, also lets no forget the Irish Molly Maguire’s bombing coal mines in Pennsylvania. If You want to lose a million bucks, buy a Number One Rated Direct Mail Franchise advertising business in the USA, buy the regional franchise for all of Up State NY , (the same company you advertised with to make your net worth 8 yrs before) for a couple of hundred thousand dollars, plus start up cost, and then have a losing lawyer sick a buddy Orchard Park police person, police man, police officer, cop on you as pay back for kicking their butt, even though nothing allegedly happened in Amherst NY except the lawyer was in Orchard Park. Thus the need to make up a felony which can be investigated unlike lesser crimes. The same thing the Amherst Police told everyone was a civil matter only. It seems like dead beats that don't pay there bill for services rendered don't like accelerated payment and auto bank account debit clauses in the contracts they sign. They are perfectly legal under the Uniform Commercial Code. I will say the Amherst detectives are a smart bunch of guys when judging civil or criminal and waste of time or malicious prosecution and its not that I haven't butted heads with them over things, but if you talk to them they seem to be able to figure what's what and back off if their first response was wrong. Which is what some cops can't seem to do. What fools we are in our youth and why I feel the way I do now. What fools we are in our youth and why I can barely walk now. I once pushed a truck with 20 tons of soda pop loaded on it of up a hill and on to a side street when it ran out of gas and blocking Walden avenue at Rio because I didn't want to have to call my boss and tell him I ran out of gas and was blocking Walden avenue and I figured it would be towed, this was before I got my own distributorship and was a lowly hopper, I could squat an unbelievable amount back then and if I put my back flat against a truck I could push it a couple hundred yards using my legs. Actually I once picked up the back end and then front end of a car and moved it out of the way at a Jubilee on east Fiery street on the east side of Buffalo, also you can probably find the off duty cop that was working Mr. Good bar in the 80s that will tell you I broke his hand cuffs off after I got Jumped with my buddy by almost the whole bar because they found out my buddy( he latter said it was his fault for sticking it in their faces and dropping his uncles name while not knowing the territory, his uncle had intervened once before on his half with a local biker gang that was trying to f him up and they stopped, but he would throw it in their faces too disrespecting them calling them the frozen chew and go places he wouldn't have gone before without someone dropping a dime on him, don't get me wrong he was someone you would not want to screw with one on one and had to repay his uncle with dirty deeds himself, break some bones and the like, but he would only say he had a job for his uncle and nobody wanted to know what it was) was related to someone who may have had pistol whipped and beat or had that done to probably a lot of people who opened up pizzerias on the west side a no-no back then while getting their pizzeria sales up. The guy was great customer though drop off 2000 cases of RC cans and my buddy loved the run to his uncles pizzeria when I had him as a hopper on the truck. Delivering cans was gravy if you know anything about pop back then the glass was a pain, If you want more coincidence on it's a small world: Louis a guy I use to hang with in high school, he was the ride (wheel) for my group had the same uncle. He hated kids knowing because everyone in Central was scared shitless of him because his uncle was the supposed Godfather and all the rest of my Italian friends would make sure everyone one knew. Even thought he lived off Como in Cheektowaga, (man his mother could cook) and would stuff you with food anytime you went over to his house. Luis was our ride we spent lots of days cruising in his big old Oldsmobile and looking for girls while in high school. Also it was a safer ride to go skiing, or to USA skates or bar hopping with him rather than Grasi. The only other person in High school nobody would screw with is Big George Adamy.( Maybe I should say everyone else and me, what can I say he was big back then and his family where all cops) I found out years latter from a girl I was dating everyone was scared shirtless of me and my group too in high school and in the early 80's that's another story though! If you wonder why I don't like crooked cops and cops without integrity it's the damage they do, its the chain effect... Anyways I always like the west side a little more than the eastside of Buffalo back then and before one of my last relationships with an Italian woman. I would have too say the most beautiful dark skin woman I have ever seen was a Arab woman that ran a store close to corner of Allen and Elmwood back then 1983 (to bad now she would probably have to cover up), no Margo the last woman I was in love with Irish and Polish before I was forced out of the area was probably the most beautiful woman I ever seen. Talk about messed up, her brother had died and she was going to go threw a divorce, when I had meet her she was bartending. I use to sit at the bar drinking my soda pop and eating and talk to her for hours.( Back then , it was nice to be able to get woman almost without effort, but I was more interested in woman that liked me for the person I was, so I would take my time with some woman, not necessary that smart. In hind site, because while men look for woman that will be their for them. Woman look for that, but will fall for people they slept with casually, so men can miss their opportunities by not taking every offer.) I was still getting over a burned relationship and had my first date, date set (if you know what I mean) and was ready but we where already in love. I had told her before and she had told me first. Then I just disappeared left town forced out by a frame up, couldn't stay in Buffalo without a job or license. I couldn't face her. No future in WNY at that time, same reason a lot of people leave this area, they can't see a good future if they stay. |

Just to prove I'm not infallible, I decide with 250k on the line I could go and beat a bunch of other overweight people at losing weight and if I got on TV, I would have, but I don't know, I think I ruined my chances at the Biggest Loser Open audition in Columbus OH on the 21st when I told the producer interviewing me: My favorite person on their show was the black guy because he likes busting peoples balls. Now I find out the guy I'm talking about Gunnery Sergeant Harvey Walden IV is on Celebrity Fit Club and not the Biggest loser. So if your wondering which show is more memorable, At least for me it's Celebrity Fit Club! Also I might have been kidding myself, by the time I got home Sunday, I could barley walk, my knee's where hurting really bad and my back is so bad in so many places I almost have to resort to using a cane again. Then there is the stiffness and shoulders hurting. If they have a disabled show I'll have to try for that. I did meet a Nice woman though and she called me up and told me they called her back in so I might have someone to root for in the next show. That said, if I was still healthy, I might make a bad cop, I might get mad at people lying to me. I might not be able to put up with all the depravity. If someone hit me or fought arrest I might beat them down and might find it hard to stop. I would probably end up shooting someone for pulling a toy gun on me. If, I some how managed not to do these things, I might be stressed out and take it out on my loved ones or those around me. I might even dink to excess, I would definitely over exercise with weights and punching bag. I might also find it depressing dealing with scum all the time. That goes double for correction officers because your stuck right in it all the time. The only thing worst to me would be being in the medical field with people sick and dying all the time. I couldn't be a fireman either, running into a burning building goes against my instinct. This is why I am not a cop, a doctor or a prison guard, or a fireman. In fact the only reason I ever call the cops myself is if I have dealt with a matter more than once or twice and I had to take care of it again it might end badly for the other party and I may end up in jail myself if I didn't call the cops to take care of it. I have a long, long fuse, but when it goes off watch out. This is why I always think WWJD before I act. In fact I know the reason I am not married even though I wouldn't hit a woman, is that the sight of me going off against other men that have screwed me bad has scared a few woman out of our relationship, even if they are initially attracted because of this trait. Things that will set me off, talking about breaking into my apartment when walking by for the 10th time. Trying to take advantage of my good nature one to many times. Threatening harm to my mother in order to get something from me.( What a Moron this guy was!) Coming to my home to try and collect a business debt when I have a office located some place else( especially when it isn't even 30 days due) worst if you force yourself in and harass the rest of my family. You will never get paid, I will never forget. I guess business's in Orchard Park feel they can do anything they want because their police department and judges will side with them. Then suing for the $6000.00 which ends up becoming $29,000 with reasonable lawyer cost (ya right!) because a county judge is in your pocket and lets you do business out of his court like it is your satellite office allowing you to Sabena and threaten contempt of court even though the debt was discharged in bankruptcy. It's fishy when you show up for a hearing and the judge isn't even in the court, nor a clerk to address your objection and make a ruling as is proper only a sheriff there to try to intimidate anyone who objects to the crocked proceedings. Yes, the sad thing is Erie county courts aren't any better than Justice courts. I had the same overly broad fishing expedition illegal Sabena in another case in a state supreme court and the court was actually in session and the judge was there to rule on my objections. Even though bankruptcy was filed I made sure that only companies that screwed me personally, who's actions where crocked or illegal in dealing with me and most of them where in Orchard Park( now that I think about it, and North Tonawanda) and the Franchisor in Garden Grove California never got a dime and everyone else was paid even if legally in bankruptcy the debt was discharged and legally it wasn't necessary. There a security tape from 1999 of me messing up some dude bad that didn't like the way I parked at a Wilson farms and started stuff with me floating around somewhere. The guy was edging and taunting me, when I said I didn't want no trouble, he was in my face, I m going: I don't want no problems dude. He goes big man, I taught so. I start walking into the store and the moron decides to spit in my face. As I beat the blood out of him 2 knives and a cell phone fell out of his jacket. Then I broke his nose and ribs, I told him to get the out of here and went into the store. The loser broke my tail light while all the woman in the store mimicking doing my finely tuned street fighting moves that I perfected on the east side of Buffalo 15 years earlier and where giving me accolades. I have got more woman from fights in my life, I mean better than perfect tens looks wise than I can remember. Same for that fight. I never leave before the cops show up or the other guy leaves first now. Woman love it' when a Guy avoids a fight and dose everything possible to avoid it and then destroys the other guy because that guy wouldn't let it go and threw the first punch. (Warning these woman are often are usually hard to live with, get along with, out right spoiled, it figures look at the circumstances of what brought them to you, but do I learn? They always end up being more trouble than any fight with a man ever was.) There was something on race on 20/20 the other day and this is my response. The powers that be think black athletes are more entertaining, not necessary better athletes than whites. I once had 48 Tackles in a high school Football game, its actually on film. Where was my scholarship?( It most likely went to a black player). My brother could and can still run a 4.1, 40 yard dash at 6ft 2 inch he probably is the fastest man on earth (where was his scholarship) and me at 6ft 5inch I could only run a 5.9, 40 yard dash, anyways I was a better defensive football player than almost any player I have ever seen. Yet I had to go to college on my own dime, yes I played in college (loans and grants, that's what a 1280 SAT got me, my ACT was actually almost perfect, my ASVAB was the highest score ever recorded. I could of went into the Navy as a officer in the nuke program without a collage degree) and yet I never got a shot at the pros. Blacks better athletes I think not! They just get the scholarships! In the video below this Russian practically runs up the side walls of a 10 story buildings, jumps building to building, drops 30 ft a bunch of times without injury.

I will say being in sales I learned this the hard way. In sales their are a lot of woman that work in sales that like to use their sexuality to further their sales, and their careers, even their boy friends careers. They may even give you sexual favors, or make it look like they will, but then don't and since some of these woman are control freaks if things don't go their way (they don't get what they want from you), even though they are the ones that initiate the sex, or relationship. They aren't beyond accusing others of sexual harassment over sexual situations that they initiated. This not only goes for sales woman but woman in business. Generally if you have the goods on these woman and they try this you just present it to them and they go away, and you feel nothing, but if it is someone you thought was your friend, someone you carried at work and mentored. Then it's a tough pill to swallow, a real hard lesson learned about the human condition and life. If this woman accuses you falsely but comes in the next day still wants your help, still wants to be friends, still keeps calling you at home, still shows you her ha nanu nanu. While then she's just trying to assert control over you so she can use you some more, but is too stupid or naive for her not to know that the relationship has ended, the only reason I still acted like nothing changed was to get my evidence on tape, then after a couple weeks of that, she found the tape recorder I left on my desk when I when to the bath room. I knew she found it because the male receptionist, her newest mark had a smirk on his face like he was going to get revenge on me because he had run out of the office one too many times crying, I don't want to lose to him again, by him he meant me( the last time this happened, he ran out crying, I suggested he do inventory instead of all of us having to tell him what to order all the time in product brochures at a meeting). Anyways I didn't really care if I was losing that job. I knew it was coming, and I had gotten the proof I needed on tape. The thing is even though I had the proof I let them go on saying the same lies, and false allegation because I figured the girl would land back in the mental ward where she spent years in as a teen because of her obsession with Michael Jackson, Michael Jordan and black men and all the fights she got in over them at Little Valley High school if I blew her out of the water. I even knew that she was illegally receiving unemployment benefits for her black boy friend that was working in Houston Texas and didn't bother to tell NY he got that job, and other felonies she was committing. You see I acted like the better person, my whole relationship with her started as being about being a Christian and a friend, then not judging her preference for black men once I discovered it. Not pounding her black boyfriends head in at the airport when he started saying shit behind my back, after she just cheated on him with a Canadian guy at the seminar in Florida. I could of just told the boy friend, but I didn't( I once though she was a lesbian, but she only looked at other woman's legs because she had a shoe fetish.) I never brought sex into the equation, I was helping her out of the goodness of my heart at first, she brought sex into the equation and from that point on in her mind our relationship became about her manipulating me threw sex, then it came about manipulating me threw threat reporting of sexual misconduct where there wasn't any on my part, if she left sex out of the equation completely I might be still carrying her work load at that same job today( I have since discovered that woman that are obsessed black men also seem to be obsessed with me, and I have learned I don't want to have anything to do with those woman in anyway, I don't want to catch diseases, I don't want my good will and effort being in vain, I don't want to be a crutch for a woman who can't get anything from her boyfriend but sex, supports his ass but gets nothing back, but the occasional beating if she's unlucky, also the std factor). You know when I was in high school guys had the ten foot pole rule, don't have anything to do with a girl that dates a black guy and I thought it was wrong, racist sounding and 30 years latter I realize the rules are their for a reason. (The only girl in our high school that dated a black guy Willie on the football team), was a girl from Springville that didn't go to our school but hanged in our school and was from a family of cops, her one cousin used & sold dope and became a Hamburg cop and got kicked off for going to kiddy porn sites, she ended up marring a white guy who also worked for me in sales at one time, he a real good guy. Anyways even though I had the goods on the woman I am talking about, and a lot of guys she was leading on while going out with the black guy behind their backs in WNY business would have killed the black boyfriend or her if I clued them in and I also could have reported her illegal activities which her boyfriend was a part of or discredited her at anytime with my tape recordings. I never did. Figure that. It's the nicest thing I've ever done for anyone, and its the worst thing anyone has ever done to me, and it never seems to go away. I know now it's to much work loving someone, or being a friend to someone that loves you in some way but is crazy obsessed with another race, so 10ft pole it, it's not nice, but the rule was made for a reason, to protect you. I learned in sales to have voice activated tape recorder working on me at all times when I was alone with a business woman, woman sales person or woman client. Thus my belief that cops should have camera and voice recorders running at all times. When I had my pizzeria after this, I had cameras and video taped ever thing that went on everywhere but the bath rooms. Yes, they did help me prove a girl that worked at my shops boy friend that stole money and other thefts, but my main purpose was to cover my butt from any false allegations when dealing with my underage teen employees.( People who deal with children or teens for a living are stupid if they don't video tape themselves, and their employees and hang on to the tapes for 7 yrs, actually 7yrs after the date that the youngest person you are dealing with turns 18 yrs old, courts have ruled children have statue of limitations runs 7 yrs after the day people turn 18 yrs old or 21 yrs old for law suites) |

| Mexicans immigrants don't want to be assimilated. I figure that because they don't practice birth control sooner or later the USA will fall to them if nothing is done. What this means is the USA government is predicting by 2051 the country will be mostly Hispanic in origin with more Hispanics than all other races combined. To assure Americas' diversity and alliances with England and other European counties we actually have to open our borders to former east European communist countries like Poland, and the Ukraine where unemployment is high and allow more immigration from them. Right now the only way they get to the USA is forced servitude on a limited number of work visa's for people in these counties. | ||||
