I use to be in a business that I dealt with these kind of people(printers) . We had like 10 graphic artist we paid top dollar for, the best in the country located in DC , VA area. We had had so many problems with the franchisor not getting our printings and mailings out on time( lost on trains in transit, when we asked for shipping by truck, they also had capacity problems because our orders' where so big and we mailed all areas at once instead of staggering the mailings). The franchisor couldn't handle our orders and get smaller franchises done at the same time we had had enough and decided to use our option to use a local printer and mailing company. So, we contacted out with a printing company for printing, the company was Boncraft, they give us a low bid so we chose them.
The work goes in and they do the work. The bill's double what it was estimates for because they lame excused that they had to change the layouts we paid 5 grand for to someone else to do. Every other time mailing with the franchisor we did, we used those graphic artist and had no problem with there work, we know it is a scam. Then they bogus added 2 grand more to the bill, so our 8 grand turned into 16 grand plus the 5 grand we already paid to the graphic artist in VA.
Then instead of waiting the customary 30 days for the balance they started harassing use almost the next day.
We then fought over the bogus charges and agreed to 6k as what was owed yet, they couldn't take American express card so I told them they had to wait until the end of the month the customary 30 days.
They even went to our house and broke in the door and harassed my mother and grandmother for the money while I was at my office in Amherst.
Then they reported us as delinquent to the credit reporting companies and ruined our perfect credit because of there scam and a financing deal we had in the works for a couple 100k fell threw because of them and there actions.
The bastard cost us millions for a scam of inflated charges they weren't entitled to charge.
Talk about almost going postal, I didn't have the automatic rifle or I would have.
Somebody's crooked actions cost you millions of future dollars and a six or seven figure loan what would you do?
Then I tell them to fuck off and they sue for what's they said is owed and reasonable lawyers fees thru some shyster in Orchard park that had his office set up in a Erie county judges cambers permanently, so it the magically becomes 29 thousand dollars.
I'm proud to say the bastard's never got his money, in fact besides the mailing company Cathedral Corp that I felt bad about in bankruptcy, and one other asshole in N Tonawanda, they and another deadbeat company another Orchard park company, a internet service provider that we provided 100% of the services contracted for where the only people that never got a dime from us and got stiffed..
I mean about 50 companies stiffed us and never paid for services, but no one, but ass whole Boncraft and the franchisor got stiffed from us in Bankruptcy. Out of the thousand or so companies in western NY that we dealt with that's pretty good to only have stiffed Boncraft and 1 more suppler Cathedral Corp and one a-whole customer for $800.00
Then what made it worst the fuckers from Boncraft that attacked my mother and grand mother kept showing up at Blue Cross Blue Shield where my mother went back to work, after Boncraft put the nail in the coffin on our company( she was the presidents assistant at Blue shield for 20 years) in the executive offices as a consultant as a assistant for former County executive Gorsky's new position at the company. Then the assistant to the new vice president of finance she became.
So after these fuckers attacked her and my grand mother at our house in Cheektowaga and then put her in the poor house, along with me because of trying to collect a bogus debt. She would get panic stricken ever time they showed at Blue cross and Blue shield of WNY and she would call me.
So I had to talk her threw a panic attack due to post traumatic stress inflicted by these a-wholes, every time she called about it though I was sheathing.
I felt like taking care of business.
You know if I didn't get religion at an early age or believe in seeing a therapist for talking things out...
Tips about therapist though...
I told my ma to tell her boss to drop Boncraft for what they did to her, but she wouldn't.
I guessing they probably would have dropped them like a Rock, but who knows?
So, I hate Boncraft, I hate Orchard park's crooked lawyers, a crooked orchard park cop trying to frame me for something else for service we did provide for an old prosecutor orchard park resident golfing buddy lawyer, who got a judgment I won in court overturned by a golfing buddy judge in a trail denovo because he couldn't figure why I was so defensive( gee could it have been this guy was trying to frame me for jail using a civil proceeding and the judge was in on the joke because I used an legal acceleration clause in the contacts that allowed us to collect from extremely late dead beats right out of there checking account by electronic debit after months of not paying for services rendered) I told the lawyer he should have been a telemarketer instead of a lawyer.
So, I hate printing companies in general.
You want to know the worst thing after my grand mother got Alzheimer's and we put her in a nursing home, a nursing home that ended up stealing her funds along with the food and presents we gave her every week and I think she was being sexually abused, she was always bruised and they put her in a room with 7 other people at the end.
My mother got sued by the nursing home for scam money again, and guess who the lawyers where the lawyer's that Boncraft used that had a permanent office set up in the Erie counties judges court.
Again a $3,000 bill turn into $12,000 with reasonable lawyers fees, crooked Judge and crooked lawyer.
So, she paid that off at a $1000.00 a month at the expense of paying taxes, so she's still paying the interest and penalty on IRS taxes because she used that money to pay the crooked lawyer that Boncraft used and manor oak used.
Almost right after she got done paying that Manor Oak went into receivership and the courts and the state stepped in and then wanted money again this time for something she already paid.
I told them ya right where going to pay your for dumping my Grand mother in a room with 7 other people stealing her money and TV and dignity.
It turned out Manor Oak was commingling all funds and where suing people for money they had already paid and shyster lawyer that Boncraft used and Manor Oak used made out like a Bandit because they where collecting money that wasn't due and Manor Oak was so screwed up they didn't know what the lawyers had either, I'll bet the lawyers funneled the money to some off shore account for the nursing home owner so the IRS didn't get the back taxes owed by them.
The only people that really got screwed besides the families was the IRS and NY state tax department.
